Solutions+ and Saal.ai partner on UAE enterprise data platforms
Solutions+ and Saal.ai have signed a collaboration agreement to bring Saal.ai's enterprise data platforms to a wider set of UAE-based clients. The deal, formalised at the Ai Everything Abu Dhabi 2026 conference on 6 October, positions Solutions+ as the delivery and managed-services arm for Saal.ai's two flagship products: DigiXT, a data integration and readiness platform, and Data Prism 360, an analytics and decision-support layer aimed at executive teams.
Under the arrangement, Solutions+ takes on client engagement, advisory, implementation, governance, change enablement and ongoing managed services. Saal.ai contributes the technology stack. The companies said they will pursue joint go-to-market activity and measure success against shared client outcomes in data engineering, analytics and executive decision support.
The platforms
DigiXT is described by the company as an enterprise data platform built to address integration and readiness challenges in complex organisational environments, allowing businesses to consolidate, manage and prepare data at scale before feeding downstream analytics. Data Prism 360 sits above that layer, aimed at translating prepared data into leadership-facing insights to support faster decision-making.
Both products are developed in the UAE, a point emphasised by Dr Saeed AlGhfeli, Managing Director of SAAL and Head of Technology Companies at Abu Dhabi Capital Group, which is Saal.ai's parent entity. "Our investment in homegrown technology is strengthening the self-reliance of UAE in the data platform and AI technologies," he said, framing the partnership as part of a broader national effort to build sovereign digital capabilities.
Nasir Al Nabhani, Group Managing Director and CEO of Solutions+, positioned the collaboration around data governance and readiness: "Reliable, well-governed data is the foundation of every successful transformation," he said, adding that the partnership is intended to help clients connect data across organisations and convert it into decision-ready intelligence.
Market context
The UAE enterprise data platform market is a competitive space, with global systems integrators and cloud hyperscalers maintaining significant presences in the region. Vendors such as Microsoft (via Azure Synapse and Fabric), Snowflake, Databricks and SAP compete for large-enterprise data-platform mandates across Gulf Cooperation Council markets. The differentiation Saal.ai leans on is UAE-origin technology, which carries weight in sectors such as defence, government and critical national infrastructure where data sovereignty and local provenance are increasingly procurement criteria.
Abu Dhabi's broader push for technology self-reliance is reflected in several government-backed mandates. The UAE Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2031 and the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority's data governance frameworks create demand-side pressure on public-sector entities to demonstrate data readiness and AI-enablement, giving locally built platforms a potential advantage in government procurement cycles.
Regulatory and sovereignty considerations
The emphasis on UAE-built technology also has compliance relevance. Regulatory frameworks covering data localisation in the UAE, including sector-specific rules for financial services, healthcare and government data, favour vendors who can demonstrate that data does not leave the country's borders. Solutions+ and Saal.ai have not published detailed certifications in this release, but the local-origin positioning is directly relevant to clients navigating these requirements.
The partnership does not disclose contract values, named customers, or specific performance benchmarks for either DigiXT or Data Prism 360. Near-term milestones to watch include named client wins, published implementation case studies, and any formal certifications under Abu Dhabi or UAE-level data governance standards.
