Coralogix adds Macquarie Capital VC in Series F extension for ANZ push

Coralogix has brought Macquarie Capital Venture Capital into its Series F as a strategic investor to accelerate growth across Australia and New Zealand.

A modern control room features a large wall of multiple screens displaying abstract digital patterns, a control desk with several monitors, buttons, and joysticks, an office chair, and two potted plants, all brightly lit by large windows.

Coralogix, the observability and AI data platform, has extended its Series F financing round by adding Macquarie Capital Venture Capital (MCVC) as an investor. The company said the addition is intended to accelerate its expansion across Australia and New Zealand, with particular focus on enterprise sectors including financial services, banking, energy and infrastructure.

The Series F extension follows a June 2026 close of the primary round, which was co-led by Advent, CPPIB and Greenfield, with participation from Brighton Park Capital. Coralogix did not disclose the size of the MCVC tranche or the total Series F valuation in its release.

The deal

Gary Munitz, global co-head of Macquarie Capital Venture Capital, said the firm sees Coralogix as having "built a differentiated platform with the architecture and vision to meet" the shift towards AI-native production environments. MCVC's stated investment thesis centres on companies in cybersecurity, compliance, regulatory technology and artificial intelligence, and it counts more than 30 years of venture activity across Australia, Israel, the UK and continental Europe.

Ariel Assaraf, CEO and co-founder of Coralogix, framed the deal as a regional commitment rather than a financing exercise. "Macquarie Capital Venture Capital brings deep relationships across Australia and New Zealand, especially in industries where observability has become mission critical," he said. The company plans to expand regional partnerships and invest in supporting enterprises adopting what it terms AI-native observability.

Coralogix's platform is built on a streaming engine and schema-free data lake, designed for full-fidelity ingestion rather than sampled telemetry. Its Olly AI investigator, alongside MCP and CLI interfaces, supports human-led, conversational AI and fully automated agent workflows on a shared data foundation.

Market context

The observability market has consolidated sharply over the past two years, with Datadog, Dynatrace and New Relic occupying the largest enterprise positions, while a cluster of well-funded challengers including Chronosphere, Honeycomb and Coralogix itself compete on architecture differentiation and pricing model. The transition to AI-native production environments is reshaping buying criteria: engineering teams now require observability platforms capable of feeding automated agents, not just human dashboards, which is raising the bar for data fidelity and format openness.

The ANZ enterprise technology market is a logical expansion target for a vendor at Series F scale. Australia's financial services sector, regulated under APRA's prudential standards and subject to mandatory operational resilience requirements, is a natural buyer of production-grade observability tooling. Macquarie Group's extensive presence in infrastructure, banking and asset management across the region gives MCVC strategic distribution value beyond the capital it brings.

Regulatory read-across

The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority has strengthened its operational risk and technology resilience guidance in recent years, and the proposed CPS 230 operational risk standard places explicit requirements on financial institutions to monitor and manage technology dependencies. Vendors capable of demonstrating full-fidelity telemetry retention and audit-grade data lineage are increasingly positioned to meet those requirements, an argument Coralogix is likely to make as it targets ANZ financial services accounts.

With a Series F now extended into a second close and a named strategic investor providing regional access, the near-term milestones investors will watch are named ANZ customer wins and evidence that the platform's agent-workflow capabilities can compete with hyperscaler-native monitoring offerings as enterprise AI adoption broadens.
