EA Global AI appoints Remco Schut as Head of Strategic Accounts
EA Global AI, the Cardiff-headquartered AI-powered documentation platform, has appointed Remco Schut as Head of Strategic Accounts. The hire is intended to deepen the company's engagement with enterprise customers across Europe and accelerate adoption of its platform for automating complex compliance and disclosure documents.
Schut brings more than a decade of experience in B2B SaaS, most recently at Contentsquare, where he led enterprise customer success teams across Benelux, the Nordics and DACH. Before that, he managed global strategic accounts at Hotelchamp. In his new role, he will work with organisations using EA Global AI's platform to handle requests for proposals, due diligence questionnaires, ESG disclosures and other high-stakes documentation.
Schut said the company is addressing "some of the most persistent and costly challenges faced by B2B organisations, the time, inconsistency, and friction involved in responding to complex corporate documentation." He added that he intends to "ensure EA becomes an indispensable part of how they win business, meet disclosure obligations, and deliver accurate, evidence-backed responses at scale."
The company
EA Global AI was founded in March 2020 by Charles Radclyffe, who previously served as Head of AI at Fidelity International. The company says its platform reduces document completion times from days to minutes by combining AI with role-based workflows and auditable evidence trails. It was part of the 2022 ABN AMRO and Techstars Future of Finance Accelerator cohort in Amsterdam.
Radclyffe described Schut's appointment as central to a strategy of scaling enterprise impact while remaining "agile and customer-focused." The CEO did not disclose customer numbers, revenue figures, or the size of the strategic accounts team.
Market context
The market for AI-assisted compliance and proposal automation has attracted growing investment and vendor activity. Established players in adjacent spaces, including contract lifecycle management, GRC (governance, risk and compliance) platforms, and RFP-response tools, are each incorporating large language model capabilities to reduce the manual effort involved in structured document completion. Purpose-built AI vendors such as EA Global AI are competing by focusing narrowly on documentation workflows where auditability and accuracy carry regulatory or commercial consequences.
Enterprise demand is being shaped, in part, by expanding disclosure obligations. Mandatory ESG reporting requirements under the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive are broadening the universe of companies required to produce detailed, evidence-backed disclosures on a regular cycle. At the same time, procurement teams in regulated industries are issuing longer and more complex due diligence questionnaires, particularly around AI governance and supply-chain risk. Both trends increase the volume of structured documentation that organisations must produce, and they reinforce the case for automation tooling with strong audit trails.
Schut's hire suggests EA Global AI is prioritising customer retention and expansion revenue as a growth lever, a common motion for SaaS vendors moving upmarket into larger enterprise accounts. Named customer wins or disclosed ARR figures would give the market a clearer read on the company's current traction.
