Rezolve Ai and Tech Mahindra ally on agentic commerce
Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) and Tech Mahindra (NSE: TECHM) have announced a global strategic alliance to accelerate enterprise deployment of agentic commerce technology. The partnership pairs Rezolve Ai's Brain Suite platform with Tech Mahindra's systems-integration and consulting arm, which spans 1,100-plus clients, more than 146,000 professionals and operations across 90 countries.
The alliance is designed to take enterprises beyond AI-powered chatbots into systems capable of understanding consumer intent, recommending products and completing transactions. Rezolve Ai's Brain Commerce module handles conversational and multimodal product discovery, while Brain Checkout supports secure, merchant-controlled transactions initiated by consumers or AI agents. Underpinning both is brainpowa, Rezolve Ai's proprietary family of commerce-tuned models, which the company says is engineered to reduce hallucination and maintain data integrity in high-volume settings. Transparency and audit trails across agentic workflows are provided by TraceWare and the company's Auditable AI tooling.
The deal
Tech Mahindra will contribute industry expertise, enterprise integration, and cloud and data capabilities, while Rezolve Ai supplies the commerce intelligence and transaction layer. Target verticals include retail, consumer goods, and financial services. The two companies did not disclose commercial terms, minimum revenue commitments, or the number of joint client engagements expected in the near term.
Daniel M. Wagner, chairman and chief executive of Rezolve Ai, said Tech Mahindra "brings what every enterprise AI company needs to scale: trusted enterprise relationships, deep industry expertise and the ability to put complex technology into production across the globe."
Harshul Asnani, president and head of the Europe business at Tech Mahindra, described the combined offer as "a practical route from intent to transaction, securely, accurately and at enterprise scale."
Market context
Agentic commerce is an emerging sub-category of the broader enterprise AI market, sitting at the intersection of conversational AI, e-commerce infrastructure and payments. It competes for budget with established commerce platforms from Salesforce, SAP and Adobe, as well as a growing cohort of AI-native vendors building agent-orchestration layers on top of large language models. The core commercial promise, that AI agents can autonomously guide and complete purchases rather than merely fielding enquiries, remains largely unproven at scale, and enterprise buyers are still at the evaluation stage in most cases.
For Rezolve Ai, the Tech Mahindra partnership is primarily a distribution play. The NASDAQ-listed company, headquartered in London, is at an early commercial stage and gains access to Tech Mahindra's entrenched client relationships across markets it would otherwise need years to penetrate independently. For Tech Mahindra, the alliance adds an AI-native commerce layer to its portfolio ahead of what it expects to be rising enterprise demand.
The release carries standard forward-looking statement boilerplate, and Rezolve Ai's own SEC filings caution that actual outcomes may differ materially from the intentions set out here. Investors and buyers should note that no named joint clients, pipeline figures, or deployment timelines were disclosed alongside the announcement.
