Intezer and Cyber Fusion tie up to widen UK channel SOC access

Intezer's ForensicAI SOC platform will reach UK resellers and MSSPs through a new distribution agreement with Cyber Fusion Distribution.

Intezer, the New York-based vendor behind the ForensicAI SOC platform, has signed a UK channel distribution agreement with Cyber Fusion Distribution, a value-added distributor specialising in cybersecurity. The deal gives UK-based resellers and managed security service providers (MSSPs) a supported commercial route to Intezer's AI-driven alert triage and forensic investigation technology.

Under the arrangement, Cyber Fusion will handle technical enablement, commercial support and go-to-market positioning for channel partners looking to offer Intezer's platform as a standalone SOC capability or to strengthen existing managed detection and response (MDR) services. End users gain access without undergoing a full security-stack replacement, according to the two companies.

What ForensicAI does

Intezer's platform is built around agentic AI workflows that automatically triage and investigate security alerts across a customer's existing tooling. The technology combines endpoint analysis, memory scanning, reverse engineering and built-in threat intelligence to produce what the company describes as evidence-backed verdicts on each alert. Intezer claims the platform processes 100 per cent of alerts and escalates fewer than two per cent to human analysts, a figure that, if borne out in production, would substantially reduce Tier 1 and Tier 2 analyst workload.

Named enterprise customers listed in Intezer's boilerplate include Nvidia, MGM Resorts, Equifax and Salesforce, though the release does not disclose contract terms, deployment scale or independent benchmark validation for the sub-2% escalation rate.

Steve Mullen, founder of Cyber Fusion Distribution, said the partnership offers partners "a differentiated way to help customers investigate more alerts without simply adding more people or replacing their existing security stack." Mark Daggett, vice president of global channels and alliances at Intezer, said the agreement would help organisations "remove security operations bottlenecks" and free analysts to concentrate on high-value work.

Market context

The UK channel market for AI-augmented SOC tooling is growing quickly as enterprises face a structural mismatch between rising alert volumes and a persistent shortage of experienced security analysts. Analyst firms have consistently cited alert fatigue and false-positive burden as primary reasons for SOC analyst turnover, creating commercial demand for automation at the triage layer.

Intezer competes in a crowded segment. Established SIEM and SOAR vendors including Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel and Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR have embedded AI-assisted triage features, while specialist AI-native SOC platforms from vendors such as Vectra AI, Orca Security and Darktrace are pursuing similar agentic-investigation positioning. Distributors like Cyber Fusion serve an important function in this market: larger vendors typically have direct enterprise sales motions, leaving the mid-market and SME segments underserved without channel intermediaries to package and support deployment.

From a regulatory standpoint, UK-based end users in finance, healthcare and critical national infrastructure are subject to oversight from the Financial Conduct Authority, NHS Digital guidance and the National Cyber Security Centre's Cyber Essentials framework, all of which create demand for auditable, evidence-backed incident records of the type Intezer says its platform generates. NIS2 obligations, which extend to UK-adjacent supply chains serving EU clients, add further urgency for MSSPs to demonstrate forensic-grade investigation capability.

The partnership does not carry a disclosed financial value. Channel traction will likely be measured by the number of resellers onboarded and MSSP service launches in the near term, with Intezer's next significant milestone likely to be independently validated benchmark data to support the escalation-rate claim.
